Our aging classrooms, labs, career training, and other school facilities need repairs and upgrades to protect student safety, school security, and provide up-to-date learning environments. Aging roofs, windows, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems all need repairs and upgrades.
Voting Yes on B provides locally controlled funding for high-priority school repairs and upgrades. Measure B also allows Castro Valley schools to qualify for $20 million in state matching funds that will otherwise go to other school districts.
